Returns & Exchanges

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect orders upon receipt. If any item appears to have been damaged during shipping or otherwise, contact us immediately at info@handmadeonmarviasquare.com.

Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please retain all packaging for inspection. A written authorization is required for replacement and/ or credit to your account for any returned merchandise due to damage or shipping errors. Merchandise returned without written authorization will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In the event that we sent you an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@handmadeonmarviasquare.com.  We apologize for any inconvenience and will contact you within 24 hours to arrange for an exchange or return at our expense.
